Uploading a Scan

Scans can be uploaded directly to ConforMIS via secure FTP transfer. This button will take you to our secure upload site.

Instructions for Uploading a Scan

1. Select Upload a Scan button. This will take you to secure upload site.
2. Enter: Requested information. NOTE: All fields are required.
   
   
   
   
3. Click: Next
4. Select location of files to be transferred i.e. My Computer, (D:)
   
   
   
   
5. Select files for transfer by highlighting all content of upper right box
   
   
   
   
6. Click 'Add' in lower left box which will populate this field
   
   
   
   
7. Highlight contents and select 'Upload'
8. A successful upload will take approximately 30 minutes. Upload is complete when progress bar reaches 100%
