Customer Support Pricing Specialist

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Pricing Specialist will be responsible for the setup of new customers within the Oracle customer master as well as the data integrity of all ConforMIS pricing within the Oracle pricing module. Adding pricelist, agreements and working with the National Accounts team to ensure accurate pricing is in place based on executed customer contracts. This role will also process customer orders and review orders for accuracy.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, internal working relationships across ConforMIS.
  • Understand the objectives, responsibilities, and mission of the customer service department and works towards those goals.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions.
  • Enter data into master pricelist and customer agreements within Oracle adding new catalog numbers as new products become available and updating any existing data as new contracts are executed. Update any existing orders as pricing is modified.
  • Set up new customers within the Oracle customer master.
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Process sales orders from implant request forms and CT scans in a call center environment according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Verify customer, image, and patient records to ensure the information is current and accurate.
  • Respond to phones calls from external and internal stakeholders regarding order status.
  • Track and meet the deadlines for incoming pricing requests and existing orders requiring further resolution with the National Accounts team.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • 1+ years’ work experience in one of the following areas is required: Customer Support, Sales Administration, call center. Medical device or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Strong, proven capabilities with Microsoft Office (Excel), Outlook and Share Point.
  • Experience with database programs preferred (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
