Donna Daneca DiPaolo, M.D. is a highly-skilled, board-certified orthopedic surgeon, with offices located in Grenada, Mississippi. She offers the newest orthopedic techniques, and she provides quality, compassionate, state of the art orthopedic care. She’s been able to help hundreds of patients improve mobility and function with customized treatment plans that meet their individual needs. She has experience in trauma and reconstruction surgery for almost 15 years, and she works to help every patient enjoy a better quality of life.
Dr. DiPaolo began her medical education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, NJ. She also has degrees from Rutgers Colleges and Cornell University Medical College. She completed her residency in the Orthopedic Residency Program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark as a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellow. Later, she would go on to be Jersey City Medical Center’s Clinical Director of Orthopedics and was part of the clinical faculty at the New Jersey Medical School. She’s been in practice for more than 20 years, and she’s had multiple articles published in many different academic medical journals.
Specializing in orthopedic surgery, she has years of specialized training in joint replacement surgery and therapy. She is highly skilled in the latest in orthopedic technology for the replacement and care of both large and small joints. Dr. DiPaolo is an expert in using the most cutting-edge surgical techniques and is a highly sought after orthopedic surgeon in the area.Dr. DiPaolo has also worked on the AAOS Women’s health Advisory Committee, and has a special interest in women’s musculoskeletal health.
Dr. DiPaolo practices at University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada (UMMC Grenada), and she’s affiliated with University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada (UMMC Grenada). She has been on the Staff at University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada (UMMC Grenada) since 2018 and is certified in orthopaedic surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Prior to that, she practiced in Northern NJ/New York City Metro area since finishing her education at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and The Hospital for Special Surgery in 1991. She has worked in, and taught students at level I and II trauma centers and continues to staff a level III trauma center.
